Two women, one older with gray hair and glasses, and one younger with brown hair in a bun, sitting at a table. They are smiling and looking at a red pen and papers on the table, with a book open in the foreground. The setting appears to be an office or meeting room with artwork and photographs on the walls, and a computer monitor in the background.
