This two-story house was designed by an architect and has amazing views out over the water west of La Conner.  The owners have lived in the house for several years, and now want to make it function better for their lifestyle.

HKP performed a Master Plan as part of the initial design stage, to lay out all of the potential remodeling options.  Reworking the kitchen and dining room was a primary focus, as well as adding a study, reworking the existing main bath, and relocating the laundry.

Initial hand sketches defined 3-4 potential options and then 3-D modeling was used to visualize the preferred options against each other.  The owners are currently moving into Design Development and plan to start construction early next year.
