After graduating, she joined Underwood & Associates, LLC in Anacortes. Over the last four years, she has developed and executed a wide range of project types including Residential, Medical, and Retail throughout Skagit and Island County. She is currently pursuing licensure.

She has a love for giving back to the community. Through volunteering in the city of Oak Harbor and producing plans for the Skagit and Island County Habitat for Humanity affiliates over the last 4 years. By giving presentations to Anacortes High School seniors and juniors that were interested in STEM majors in college Kelly is showing them what an early career in Architecture could look like.

Kelly brings to HKP Architects her strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Her ability to work as part of a team shows in her flexibility to support multiple projects when necessary. She is excited to join the team and work at creating high-value designs and minimizing environmental impact.  Current projects include Friday Harbor High School STEM Art Classroom, Respect Nursing Care ESF, and several residential master plans.
